This is a genuine Hallberg Rassy, known for its high level of quality and is a well-sailing Swedish classic with inviting interior. Aft, there is a large and comfortable salon with sofas that can be converted into 2 sleeping places as well as a large salon table. Forward, there is a nice forepeak cabin with a double berth and a toilet. To starboard, a pantry with an Eno oven and cooktop. To port, a well-functioning navigation station and access to a large aft cabin.
The Hallberg-Rassy 36 is a fantastic blue-water sailboat for anything and everything you can think of. It is a solid, high-quality build, beautiful in its lines and gives its owner pleasure and security in all situations. Stable and safe enough for all oceans, but at the same time with dimensions that make the boat a pleasure to also do coastal sailing, very enjoyable in any beautiful archipelago. With a draft of 1.70 m, the canals through Europe are another exciting opportunity for an HR 36 owner. Upon her introduction in the early nineties the Hallberg 36, became an instant “classic”. Showing better performance under sails and easier to manouver, this German Frers designed Hallberg Rassy set the pace for the whole new series by Rassy.
This Hallberg-Rassy 36 mk1 from 1992 is very well equipped and very well maintained and extensively updated in the last couple of years. Among them are new electronics, new and improved sprayhood and cockpit enclosure, new carpets throughout, electric toilet and anchor machine, new stern platform and the list goes on. The boat comes with full documentation and has all the goodies one needs for comfortable safe cruising
Numerous upgrades have been made on the boat, including: Teak deck completely renovated with new rubber joints at Fåborg Yachtservice in 2014, Scancraft bowsprit for the Genoa from Riggerne in Svendborg in 2016, New mainsheet and winches refurbished in 2022. Black Jack was replaced in 2022. There is a Roller Furling Mainstar, bow thruster, and Webasto heating in the boat.
